9. How will you process my order? 

  1. Credit card orders placed online are sent to our sales department immediately.
  2. BY submitting your Credit Card info online your card doesn’t automatically get charged.
  3. Our sales representative carefully inspects your order making sure everything is correct & only then charge your credit card.
  4. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is processed.
  5. We then email a tracking number for your shipment.

10. How do you ship how long does it take to receive my order after I pay?

 We ship via UPS and USPS. We ship everyday M-F (holidays excluded). Unless otherwise noted, your order will ship within 24hrs of receipt of your order and credit card approval. Orders requesting priority shipping must be received by 2:00 PM EST to ensure same day shipping. Orders requesting expedited shipping which are received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. 

 Package normally takes 1-5 business days to be delivered by UPS to most USA destinations. For HI, AK, PR, we ship by USPS Priority Mail. International orders take 5 to 10 days to be delivered to your door.
